Samsung Group companies including Samsung Electronics Co. agreed to invest a combined $1 billion in Helix Digital Infrastructure, a KKR & Co.-backed US company, deepening the South Korean conglomerate’s push into the rapidly expanding artificial-intelligence infrastructure market.
