Banque du Caire Seeks to Raise Up to $454 Million in Egypt IPO

Banque du Caire is looking to raise as much as 24.25 billion Egyptian pounds ($454 million) via the sale of a 30% stake, in what would be the North African country’s largest initial public offering in years.
